The Faith Church Film & Television Department is responsible for producing and distributing video content across all the church's creative outlets. We inspire audiences to grow in their personal faith through live broadcast production, weekly television programs - airing on national and global networks; our weekend experiences, promotional ads and marketing, social media, creative event openers, and anything else related to video for Faith Church and Crank Ministries.
This position requires its primary duty must be the performance of work requiring invention, imagination, originality or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor.

- Editor/ Shooter: Shoot and edit videos as needed.
- Gear Production Manager: Maintain and manage all of our film production equipment and studio spaces.
- Production Assistant: Assist with the technical aspects of a video set including professional handling of cameras, confidently rigging lighting, and help create sets in pre-production.
- Live Production Directing: Switching and directing camera operators for weekend service experiences.
- Assist in producing a variety of videos including promotional pieces for television, promotional videos social media, highlight and behinds the scenes videos.
- Assist in filming for live event coverage.
- Creativity / strong editorial problem solverand self-motivator

Physical DemandsOffice time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during video shoots, services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThe weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.
Sunday: 8am 12:00pm
Monday: 9:00am 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am 9:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am 6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am 6:00pm
Friday: OFF
Saturday: OFF
TravelCampus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
Required Education And Experience
- Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
- Min 2 years of experience in film/video making (directing, editing, etc.)
- Examples of work available online
- Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere)
- On-set Experience
- Proficiency with production equipment (steady cam, dolly, gimbal, lighting, camera op)
