Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating is Hiring a National Project Manager Near Sunrise, FL

Atlantic Southern Paving is looking to add a National Project Manager to our National Sales Team.
The National Project Manager (NPM) has a vital role within our organization, proficient in all aspects of Parking Lot Maintenance. This is a collaborative position where the NPM will work closely with account managers and procurement on the sales side, as well as estimators and other project managers from our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage national paving projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee numerous projects simultaneously through various phases.
  • Observe, record, and report daily activities.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between field PM’s and national account managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to complete projects in compliance with the scope and technical guidelines.
  • Review work orders, proposals, and contracts to ensure project scope is well-defined.
  • Maintain detailed records of all projects.
  • Consult with engineers and inspectors to resolve unforeseen issues.
  • Ensure compliance with city, state, and technical guidelines
  • Perform Quality Control throughout the project.
  • Comprehend, analyze, and execute blueprints (helpful but not required).
  • Request and review change orders as necessary.
  • Inspect and measure completed work via completion photos.
  • Create and distribute progress reports and phase maps.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least 3 years of construction management experience is desired.
  • 4 years of education in a construction-related field is a plus.
  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Paving experience is required.
  • Understanding Paving and maintenance work.
  • Understanding of civil construction including but not limited to site work, asphalt, paving, concrete, seal coating, and striping.
  • Knowledge of how projects are built and executed.
  • Knowledge of equipment and understanding of means and methods to perform work.
  • Ability to maintain an open line of communication with Project Managers, engineers, Inspectors, and all involved in the project in a courteous and professional manner.
