Duties & Responsibilities:

• Transact memorabilia receipts into ERP system
• Transact consumption activities in Oracle on shipped items
• Perform daily reconciliation on Returns to maintain accurate Memorabilia inventory
• Put received memorabilia items into a Wagon spreadsheet
  • Accurately identifying the subject
  • Obtaining receipts/invoices for all items with cost
  • Confirming the authenticity of all items received
  • Acquiring the relevant item numbers for all items
  • Compile the yields on each received item that will be placed in a MVR set
  • Maintaining the AMEX statement and note the wagon date and confirm costs
  • Put together the Item Request Templates for each Brand
• Label all items when received into Oracle using Mail Merge
• Upload all COA and LOA (authentication) to Content Central
• Create and maintain templates for item requests for memorabilia receipts
• Prepare daily cost reports for use in acquiring item numbers
• Pull and reserve items, transact in Oracle, and perform initial sub-inventory functions 
• Support workload, resource allocation, and planning processes 
• Maintain office supply inventory and order when needed from ULINE, Staples, FedEx, TGI (Copier supplies)

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
• Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, formulas, and functions

Education/Experience:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
