We are helping one of our clients hire a Senior UX Researcher. In this role, you ll conduct research that will be agile, keeping pace with the rapid innovation in the team, but also making sure that you're keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding the customer groups.

We're looking for candidates with a deep understanding of user research methods and best practices, but you also have a nimble, creative, and pragmatic approach. You're interested in pushing the boundaries of agile research this team moves fast and iterates continually.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll:

• Perform research activities from study design to recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, and survey design.
• Design and implement a research strategy, possibly inventing some new research techniques along the way.
• Perform research that will be agile, performing quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful findings.
• You will work collaboratively, but you will also zoom out and ask the big questions that change the course of these programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
• 6 years of proven success leading user research projects with a demonstrated impact
• A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports)
• The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
• You have broad skills in user research and design research methods and a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts
• You are a passionate researcher with uncanny observational and analytical skills, an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams and designers, and a relentless determination to do what is right for the company's customers
