Summary

The SWS Sales Representative Assistant position supports area farms, ranches, and dairies in the Pacific Northwest. The primary sales support emphasis will be on Animal Health, Feed and Mineral Nutrition.

Additional support will include seed sales and livestock equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will work primarily from his / her vehicle and will be responsible for creating and developing new relationships;

and will provide sales support and delivery of large quantities of product to current customers.

• Because of the requirements of maintaining the Sales territory, the working hours will be flexible.
• This position requires a high level of collaboration with other members of the Simplot Team and those in the communities in which he / she will be working.
• We are looking for a self-motivated, Sales driven individual who is able to stretch and create goals to meet company and individual targets.

Typical Education

Position requires associates degree (A.A.), and / or three years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirement.

• Self-Motivated Individual required.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Ag background and knowledge of the Pacific Northwest area is highly desired.
• Must have or the ability to have a current Washington Drivers license.
