- Makes budgetary, estimated, and final cost per project.
- Bid Preparation
- Estimates cost for total job.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Construction estimator 5 year experience is required. Need to have an experience as estimator in all aspect of estimating and bid preparation for multi-story building, commercial, and residential. ( Stone and Tile)
- Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel packages.
- Familiarity with special estimation software.
- Good analytical, time management and communication skills.
- With a degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or statistics; or any related subject. (optional)
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Sun Valley, CA 91352: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
