Construction Estimator for stone and tile :
Job Role and Purpose:
  • Makes budgetary, estimated, and final cost per project.
  • Bid Preparation
  • Estimates cost for total job.
  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Requirements:
  • Construction estimator 5 year experience is required. Need to have an experience as estimator in all aspect of estimating and bid preparation for multi-story building, commercial, and residential. ( Stone and Tile)
  • Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel packages.
  • Familiarity with special estimation software.
  • Good analytical, time management and communication skills.
  • With a degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or statistics; or any related subject. (optional)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sun Valley, CA 91352: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
