As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality occupational therapy services to patients. Your duties will include:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Providing education to patients and their families.
```Requirements```
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- SC State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience or knowlledge in geriatrics and long term care
- Previous exp working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology.
- Ability to provide excellent patient service and care.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices.
- Proficiency in care plans
- Requires min 5 lbs and max 45 lbs lifting, periodically and or as needed.
