**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Controller to join our team. The Sales Controller will report to the Business Unit Controller and will oversee the sales controlling system, prepare timely and accurate sales reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis (sales prices, gross margins, ROS), provide project and product calculations, financial planning and budgeting and additional financial reporting as needed. A successful candidate combines excellent analytical and communication skills while demonstrating thorough knowledge of financial analysis and key business reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and conduct timely analysis and reporting on operational sales performance as it relates to the business activities and trends.
- Analyze gross margins (sales price, material costs) by product and customers
- Prepare 1 & 3 year planning documents, including department budgeting and analysis
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management
- Implement financial concepts to drive business growth
- Maintain financial integrity ensuring sales operations run efficiently
- Collaborate with sales leaders and team to drive growth and performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or 5 years equivalent experience
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience Microsoft Navison (ERP)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- 5 days a week in office; no hybrid or remote
