The Quality Improvement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to participation in evaluation, development, and improvement of all agency policies and procedures, conducts routine chart/quality assurance audits, writes and edits required reporting, monitors state and federal guidelines to ensure agency compliance, provides staff education for compliance standards and competency training.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred and 3 years in the human services field.
