W.C. Christian Academy is Hiring an Infant Teacher Near Summerville, SC
We are looking for an experience caregiver to join our staff team. This person will be responsible for providing care for 4 infants/5 toddlers in a spacious furnished room made for them to explore, to have fun and to sleep. The caregiver must
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Have a high school diploma.
- Have at least six months experience.
- Be able to follow a daily routine for infants/toddlers.
- Be willing to participate in continuing educational courses (online)
- Be able to to plan at least five fun activities a week with the guidance and support of the early childhood curriculum specialist.
- Be a team player who is caring and concerned about the children, parents, co-workers and the operation of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
