We are seeking a Licensed Art Therapist for various programs in our agency!

Responsibilities & Duties for (Art Therapist):

• Develop an Art Therapy program for the agency that will include provision of services to a diverse population to include ID/DD, SMI, Brain Injury, Early Intervention and Autism population in many different programs settings, to including individual, group, and family work.

• Provide consumer assessments, to include determination of initial services for priority population
• Schedule services
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to consumers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Art Therapy preferred.
• Licensed or eligible to work toward licensure (LPC or LCSW) upon approval by the respective Board required.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a human services field, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Valid current driver’s license and acceptable DMV record at time of hire and continuously thereafter
