We are seeking Mental Health Professionals such as Counselors, and Social Workers (Qualified Mental Health Professionals Adult & Child) for various departments throughout our agency including:

• Outpatient Services

Responsibilities and Duties for Mental Health Professionals:

• Provide consumer assessments, to include determination of initial services for priority populations
• Schedule services
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to

Qualifications and Skills Mental Health Professional:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field
• One year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually
• QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV
