We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Office Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator.

No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate. Job Description : The Dental Office Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from scheduling appointments to processing payments.

The ideal candidate will be professional, compassionate, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate team members. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Handle billing and insurance claims, including verifying patient insurance coverage. Collect and process payments, and provide receipts to patients.

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Ensure the waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and presentable.

Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and flow. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and undergo training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
