Job Overview:

The client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining financial activity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Duties:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies

- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions

- Interact with external auditors during annual audits

- Prepares spreadsheet and account analysis when expanded detail is needed

Requirements:

- Must have experience with Quickbooks or Sage Intacct

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques

- Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
