Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder. - Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs and goals. - Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. - Collect data on client progress and behavior using standardized assessment tools. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. - Provide training and support to caregivers, families, and other professionals involved in the individual's care. - Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. - Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. - Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions. - Proficient in data collection and analysis methods. - Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorder. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices.
