Our mission is to use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to conduct quality assessments and develop behavior intervention plans that improve individuals' skills and quality of life. We offer individualized services based on clients' and caregivers' needs, with a specialization in designing and implementing plans for individuals with autism. Our program empowers parents and caregivers to support clients within their natural routines for success and self-sufficiency. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Analyst at our Stuart, FL location. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing behavioral strategies. You will collaborate with clients and caregivers to provide individualized support and training. Additionally, you will work closely with local school districts to ensure clients' educational success. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Expertise in parent education and behavior management techniques
  • Background in psychology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working with individuals with autism is preferred
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a plus
