Actalent is Hiring a Quality Engineer Near Strongsville, OH
Description:
- Support quality requirements for large customer program and quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as primary quality liaison with the production floor
- Root cause analysis investigations
- Track all Non-Conformance Reviews (NCRs) to ensure parts are returned to production timely and accurately
- Support Material Review Board (MRB) quarantine management for non-conforming parts
- Issue CAPAs for repeat findings
- Perform First Article Inspections to support Quality Control
- Support all AS9100 obligations and audit schedules as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in a Technical field
- 5 years Quality Engineering experience
- Manufacturing environment
- Tracking and reporting non-confirming materials (NCRs)
- Material Review Board (MRB)
Pluses:
- Aerospace industry / AS9100 experience
- NADCAP certification
