Your Role:
As a Hospital Security Officer at DMAC, you'll collaborate closely with the hospital's security staff and fellow employees. Your foremost responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of our entrusted sites. Your watchfulness in identifying and reporting suspicious or unlawful activity is crucial to safeguarding the facility, its visitors, and staff. Your visible presence acts as a deterrent to crime and maintains overall site safety.
Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Manage access at facility entrances, screening patients, guests, and staff members.
- Vigilant Observation: Keep a watchful eye for any criminal activities, safety concerns, disruptions, or potential dangers.
- Patrol and Response: Conduct thorough patrols, on foot and in vehicles, ensuring security, addressing irregularities promptly.
- Conflict Resolution: Use de-escalation tactics to maintain a safe environment by defusing conflicts.
- Emergency Response: Swiftly and calmly respond to crises like medical emergencies, fire incidents, or hazardous situations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain precise logs, drafting detailed reports for supervisors and effective communication among officers.
