Job Summary

As part of our Production Team, the Print Production Specialist will assist in key workflow areas, affording you the opportunity to learn about our production process and contribute on a daily basis to our success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Ability to read, interpret and process items on a work order.

2. Must be motivated, responsible, able to take direction, work independently and most importantly, and be detailed oriented.

3. Able to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and lift a minimum of 50lbs

4. Preparing large format signs, banners, and display graphics for shipping and delivery; creating custom packaging when necessary.

5. Perform set up and operation of welding equipment

6. Finishing Banners- Grommets placement, wind slits and any other additional finishing that is needed

7. Trimming of banner rolls, adhesive graphics and substrates

8. Clean and maintain work area

9. Communicate effectively with supervisor, operators and co-workers

10. Adhere to production schedule and quality standards
