We are looking for a part- or full-time naturopathic doctor or integrative nurse practitioner to join our team at a busy primary care clinic in the beautiful mountains of Stowe, Vermont.

Job Duties Include:

Patient Care:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and lifestyle assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate conventional and natural medicine approaches.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapies.

Integrative Medicine Therapies:

• Utilize a variety of integrative medicine therapies, such as herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, mind-body techniques, and stress management.

Holistic Approach:

• Address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of patient health.
• Promote preventive care and wellness through education on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and exercise.

Patient Education:

• Provide patients with information on disease prevention, health maintenance, and the role of lifestyle in health.
• Educate patients on the principles of naturopathic/integrative medicine and the available treatment options.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including specialists, nutritionists, and mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists and integrative medicine practitioners when necessary.

Documentation and Records:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

Professional Development:

• Stay current with advancements in integrative medicine through continuing education, attending conferences, and participating in professional organizations.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to provide the highest standard of care.

Quality Improvement:

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in practice audits, peer reviews, and patient satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.

We are welcome to newly graduated applicants and seasoned providers alike. Our office has a primary care focus, but we would welcome interested applicants with adjunctive interests as well.
