CyberCoders is Hiring an IT Administrator Near Stoughton, MA
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with ERP experience to support our office, existing ERP system and help us develop new strategies. The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all our systems (including ERP), managing data entry, and providing technical support to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance
- Maintain data entry and ensure accuracy of records
- Develop and maintain user manuals and system documentation
- Work with other departments to ensure effective implementation of new initiatives
- Develop strategies for improving the efficiency and accuracy of our ERP system
- Interpersonal Skills, Troubleshooting, and Business Processes
- Excellent English Language skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with an ERP system in a manufcaturing environment
- Macola ERP system a plus
- Experience in T-SQL, VBA, .NET. a plus
