Monday - Friday, 3-11:30

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
• Have previous leadership and supervisory experience working with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Be personable with residents, families and staff in a professional cooperative manner.
• Able to do accurate and comprehensive assessment skills.
• Be familiar with drug actions and interaction.
• Be knowledgeable in the Privacy Rule and ensure all staff comply with facility privacy practices policies and procedures.
• Performs all duties required.

QUALIFICATONS:

• Valid MA RN Nursing License in good standing.
• Experience in long term care or sub-acute setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
