Front Desk Receptionist.

Front Desk Receptionist: You will be the "1st Impression" for our patients. Assisting patients with verifying any insurance needs and getting them setup in our computer system. You will verify patient information and assist in setting up appointments for our patients, this could be in person or on the phone. Customer service is a big focus of this area.

We are seeking the right candidate to contribute their expertise in customer service, provide product knowledge to our patients, and, someone who is truly a professional in every situation that may arise in an optical practice setting. Experience is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include: assisting patients it looking up their insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, making calls. Greet patients with a genuine smile and have an attitude of "How can I help you?" Computer skills are a must.
