- Coordinate and oversee the closing process for real estate transactions

- Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with lenders, escrow officers, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth closings

- Manage contract timelines and deadlines effectively

- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in math and financial calculations

- Experience with underwriting and loan processing procedures

- Ability to handle escrow processes efficiently

- Strong contract management skills
