Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall upkeep of our buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):

  • Oversight of all maintenance and vendors including painting, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, fire extinguisher service, alarms, etc. Schedules and manages preventative and predictive maintenance in accordance with equipment and system requirements.
  • Oversee all physical assets to ensure they are maintained to required standards in the most economically efficient manner.
  • Manage and oversee skilled repairs, upgrades, and remodels (if applicable), including special projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of building codes, permit processes and current environmental issues, as related to the property.
  • Review building operations and procedures and provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on mechanical and construction related issues to ensure corporate programs are being followed.
  • Manage outside contractors, vendor relationships, work orders, and projects.
  • Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines, and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental goals.
  • Ensure all safety programs and procedures are followed, develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations.

Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in facility operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid CA Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
  • Driving Record that meets company standards
  • Complete pre-employment physical/tb test/drug screen
  • Complete DOJ/FBI fingerprint background check
