We are seeking to hire a Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic environment, using your transportation and customer service expertise to help organize and manage customer shipments. Your responsibilities will include frequent interaction with our retail partners and sales team and providing details on delivery schedules and product availability.
Top 5 Responsibilities:
Run shipping, order, and cycle count reports regularly
Build loads in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Schedule and coordinate customer loads, work with contract haulers, LTL freight, etc.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, Retail Partners, and sales staff.
Office Administration: Greet customers, answer site phones, handle mail, errands, and supplies, maintain fleet records, and coordinate work orders.

Top 5 Requirements:
Transportation experience/ knowledge of Bill of Ladings, LTL, common courier, etc.
Have previous ERP experience, Sage a plus
General office experience including Microsoft Office, data entry, filing, phone and email
Strong Communication skills in 3rd party logistics and contract haulers
Strong organizational skills
