The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director of Human Resources and COO.
Main job duties
Opening and closing job postings
conducting phone screens
scheduling appointments
conducting orientation
maintaining provider credentialing files
maintaining employee files
managing the rewards system
onboarding/offboarding, maintaining proper records in systems
organize company events
assist with organizing team building and events
Required skills:
