LDB Beverage seeks an accounting-centric team member. The position will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization but will likely become involved in portions of compliance, purchasing, quality and business analysis as they relate to the primary accounting function. We are a growing company and need to find the right person to come on board, owning the accounting function and improving the adjacent business areas.

Job Summary

The core of this position is daily accounting functions including, AR/AP, cash flow management, bank/account reconciliations, journal entries, preparing of financial reports, tax reporting and customer/vendor contact, in accordance with organizational policies.

General Accountabilities

• Accounts Receivables/Payables.
• Understanding of and Daily Management of Cash Cycle, including active management of past due clients, and cashflow forecasting.
• Tax Reporting, both at the State and Federal levels.
• Organization of accounting records (digital & physical).
• Develop/improve role policies and procedures.
• Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintain/balance the general ledger.
• Prepare trial balances, reconcile entries.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements, file reports and advise management on needed actions.
• Foster and maintain good working relationships with outside business partners and customers.
• Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information.
