Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist proficient in HubSpot to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team to ensure the seamless execution of sales processes and the achievement of our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management: Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Create and optimize workflows, sequences, and automation to streamline sales processes.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including lead management, tracking sales activities, and preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documentation, proposals, and contracts. Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately documented in HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, including the coordination of campaigns and the generation of leads.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and tools. Provide training and support to the sales team on HubSpot and other sales tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales tools. Experience in creating and managing workflows, sequences, and automation within HubSpot.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.
