Anderson Power is Hiring a Program Manager Near Sterling, MA

Applications include leading edge technology and next generation power requirements in industries such as alternate energy (wind, solar, fuel cell), datacenter and server power supply design and electrical distribution, electric vehicles, LED lighting, and battery charging.
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from inception to completion.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to drive product development and production processes.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Monitor and track program performance metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Qualifications Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects, with a focus on product development and production processes.
  • Strong technical background in electrical engineering or related discipline, with knowledge of connector design principles and manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience working with international teams and customers is desirable.
