NATIVE EXCAVATING is Hiring a Concrete Finisher Near Steamboat Springs, CO
About the position:
The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for assisting with and completing various tasks pertaining to concrete flatwork and finishing. The Concrete Finisher will efficiently and effectively complete all assigned tasks while maintaining situational awareness, personal safety, and company policies and procedures.
Job type and schedule: Full-time. 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
Physical requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, crouch, and use tools for long periods of the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
You will:
- Perform all concrete finishing tasks to include, but not limited to smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Safely operate and use various hand tools and equipment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to problem-solve and complete projects
- Complete all jobs within specified timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting procedures
- Assist with any additional tasks, as needed and assigned
You will need to have:
- Experience working as a concrete finisher for all types of projects
- High level of organization and effective time management skills
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work on your own and as a team
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Pay range:
Will be negotiated at time of hire, commensurate with each person's experience.
