**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care and support. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications following prescribed instructions - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with mobility, transfers, and lifting as needed - Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior - Support clients with memory care needs - Implement behavior management techniques when necessary **Experience:** - Experience in nursing home or home care settings preferred - Proficiency in medication administration and vital signs monitoring - Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs - Knowledge of first aid procedures - Familiarity with systems for documenting care provided Joining our team as a Caregiver offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
