The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to company policies.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and tracking products.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Monitor and optimize the use of warehouse space.

Quality Assurance:
