Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
- Integrate learning technology into the classroom to enhance the educational experience
- Conduct research to stay current with educational trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- State teaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lesson planning
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and implement effective behavior management strategies
- Knowledge in subjects such as Differential Equations, Genetics, Microbiology, and Education Administration
- Experience in dissecting complex topics for student understanding
