Job Overview:

Our team is seeking a long-term hire for a growing financial planning advisory firm. We are pursuing a highly motivated & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. Starting pay begins at $18.00 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, group life & disability benefits & a 401(k) with match.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain a professional attitude with team members, advisors & clients

* Scan, prepare forms & review materials for client meetings, process business & track resolution

* Follow up with clients to address questions & other service-related tasks

* Stay up to date on industry trends & market developments

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Basic computer & typing skills - Microsoft Office proficiency preferred

* Federal fingerprinting & complete background check

* Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines

* Exceptional communication skills - both written & verbal
