What You’ll Do and Who You Are:
- As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.
- You should be able to get along and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- We also value good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.
- You take pride in your work, are resourceful, accountable, and take initiative.
- You make a great first impression as a professional and kind individual.
- Additionally, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.
We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!
Must Haves:
- Preferred six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
- Preferred successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
- Must have a compassionate demeanor
- Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
