Kforce is Hiring a Business Systems Analyst Near Stamford, CT
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by stakeholders and development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Keep projects on track and aligned with timelines
- Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders and management
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
- Coordinate testing activities and ensure defects are identified and resolved
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to gather requirements and manage deliverables
- Ensure vendor solutions align with business needs and project goals
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with vendors
- Utilize JIRA for task and project management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Prior experience working with third-party vendors, software development teams, and testing
