As such, we’re growing exponentially and looking for a Content Creator to join our headquarters in Stamford, CT.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who will be at the forefront of designing and developing Gunner’s digital assets as Gunner becomes National. 

What you will do:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including recording podcasts, creating short-form video, designing graphics and layouts for various online platforms (e.g., websites, social media, email marketing campaigns), using creative freedom for brand alignment! 
• Balance creative content production with data-driven strategy to optimize performance.
• Provide creative input on campaign strategy, including suggesting innovative ideas for content and digital media initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to produce and modify videos, photographs, gifs, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video production, and digital media to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Manage tight deadlines and urgent requests with a proactive and collaborative approach.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, Marketing, Communications or a related field. 
• Experience in creating content for multiple channels and formats including social media, web, and email
• Experience with photography and videography, including editing and post-production. 
• Motion Graphics experience is a plus. Proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other content creation tools such as Figma and Capcut. 
• Basic web development skills on platforms like SquareSpace and Wix
• Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team environment
• Familiar with all major social media platforms (You Tube, TikTok, Instagram/Facebook) 
• Ability to pitch original concepts, regularly contributing ideas for all organic social media content. 

Proven track record of growing social media followers 

• Self starter with a do what it takes attitude
