Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time General Manager in the Stafford area. 

As a General Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned location. Your focus will be on leadership development, service quality, development of a service and sales culture, and execution to brand standards all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth of the location. A successful General Manager will drive consistent growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders within the location.
 
The role is with a growing company that is also backed by a Private Equity firm.

Job Requirements:

• A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team(s) that support and execute on a sales and service culture
• A proven ability to identify, develop, and promote leaders within a location
• A proven ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aim toward achieving service and financial goals
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
• Experience in a leadership role (Health/Wellness/Spa management preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication, and people skills
