Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a Refinishing Technician, you will play a crucial role in refinishing and reglazing a variety of surfaces, including bathtubs, countertops, vanities, and showers. Our company takes pride in delivering high-quality resurfacing/refinishing services, and we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to upholding our standards of excellence. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
• Apply coatings using various techniques to achieve a smooth, durable finish
• Perform color matching and blending to ensure a seamless result
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
• Customer Service – you must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with the customer
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace within our customers’ homes/units
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in surface preparation and coating application
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry required refinishing equipment
• Comfortable working in confined space (typically small bathrooms)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance coverage
