• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7-10 years’ experience in Maintenance within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in progressive management-level roles.
• Must have experience with CMMS experience preferably with SAP.
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis)
• Prior experience developing and overseeing large budgets.
• Union Environment
• Experience in managing large group of employees (25 )
• Ability to lead maintenance efforts, set standards, and coach/mentor employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
