OPPORTUNITIES, INC. is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Near St. Cloud, MN

Fraser is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! In this role you will provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment and interventions to the pediatric population and their families at our Fraser's Autism Center of Excellence Satellite (FACES). $2,000 hiring bonus for external new hires.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in communication Disorders (emphasis on Speech pathology) or equivalent
  • Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required (minimum of temporary license)
  • Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year candidates!
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
  • Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
  • Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
  • Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay is $70,000 per year, actual pay will depend on qualifications. 
  • $2,000 hiring bonus

  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
  • Saint Cloud, MN
