Kforce is Hiring a Lead Scrum Master Near St Louis, MO
- Leads the oversight of activities managed by a delivery pod/application team while adhering to agile practices and disciplines
- Works closely with Product Owners to ensure that delivery pod/application team members are working on the highest priority work items defined within their respective roadmaps
- Prepares deliverables and artifacts that highlight the progress accomplished by delivery pods/application teams (velocity, sprint and feature burn ups/burn downs, cumulative flow reports, etc.) and presents those artifacts as needed
- Provides hands-on coaching to support the adoption of agile practices and identifying opportunity areas for continuous improvement
- Master's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science)
- 5-7 years of related experience
