Responsibilities

Accurately enter specific data applied to digital image files via written instruction and image content. Image materials to digital format using a high-resolution image capture systems. Quality review digital files after images have been captured and processed. Adhere to the code of discretion and confidentiality pertaining to image content.

Qualifications

Proficient in computer operations, keyboard usage, and Excel spreadsheet management. Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Exhibits sound judgment in identifying and reporting issues to supervisors. Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Capable of working methodically and logically. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Possesses the physical ability and dexterity required to accurately position documents for imaging. Able to work in either a standing or seated position for six to eight hours. Maintains full range of motion and manual dexterity in both hands.
