Position Overview: We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager who possesses a unique blend of marketing prowess, project management acumen, and graphic design flair. This role bridges the gap between strategy, execution, and creativity. The ideal candidate will not only manage and coordinate our marketing efforts but will also be able to pitch in on minor graphic design projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices, adjusting strategies as needed.

2. Project Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and obstacles.

3. Design Assistance:

  • Assist in creating minor yet impactful graphic assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and other materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and aesthetic. Collaborate with other designers or agencies when required.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, or stakeholders as needed.

5. Continuous Learning:

  • Keep abreast of developments in the realms of marketing, project management, and design.
  • Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to ensure skills remain current.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
  • Wrike experience required.
  • Experience with PowerPoint (portfolio recommended)
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both marketing and design projects is a plus.
