In order to continue expanding our company, we are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field is preferred. Foundational understanding of construction principles, ability to communicate with trades and design team, capacity to create reports and schedules. We have an onboarding and training process.

What does an APM do?

An APM works in parallel with project managers in project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and personnel communication. They ensure details are organized and prepared for meetings and general operations. Ultimately, it is the APM’s role to ensure the project is prepared for the next phase and team members have the details and materials they need.

APM roles and responsibilities

• Creating and monitoring schedules to ensure accurate project timelines
• Generating budgets with project managers to reflect accurate and realistic client expectations
• Planning and coordinating trade partner schedules such that we have the right people onsite at the right time
• Supporting field operations by coordinating material deliveries and picking up necessary tools
• Managing and organizing project selections

APM skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Construction Management or Project Management
• Working knowledge of construction management processes
• Comfortable with scheduling and project management software
• Competent in conflict management
• Effective, clear communication
• Passion to produce WOW client experiences and truly unique art homes
