Job Summary:
The Construction Supervisor oversees on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising workers, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining daily logs. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to solve problems swiftly and efficiently. The Construction Supervisor serves as the main point of contact between clients, project managers, and workers, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor force, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Inspect work progress and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Monitor material usage and order supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Proficient in Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
  • Relevant certification or degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
