**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services.

**Duties:**

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient vital signs

- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Perform specialized nursing duties in areas such as primary care, pediatrics or family

- Maintain accurate medical records

**Requirements:**

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license

- Master's degree in Nursing

- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate care

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge in primary care setting
