Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members involved in the patient's care
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral, social, and emotional functioning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment evaluation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
