Crozer Health is searching for a full time Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer to provide with minimal supervision, preventive, corrective and general maintenance and repairs at our properties throughout the Delaware County Region. A valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Must have skills and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.

Required Skills

• Perform minor and major repair of all buildings.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing and painting work to maintain Crozer portfolio buildings.
• Perform routine electrical work, install, and replace light fixtures, ballasts, and fluorescent lighting, check breakers, plugs, switches, fixtures, and wires for appropriate operations.
• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and related equipment.
• Perform drywall installation and repair damaged drywall.
• Inspect roofs and troubleshoot leaks. Repair minor roofing damage.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Diagnose and perform basic repairs to building infrastructure.
• Weekly Generator run
• Patrol building exteriors for garbage, sweep loading dock and walks as needed.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors as required.
• Manage tenant request and preventative maintenance requirements through an on-line work order system, including responding and verifying completion of all service calls.

Preferred Skills

• CFC Certification is desired, but not mandatory for application, but must be obtained within 6 months
• Driver’s License in good order greatly valued
• Voctaional training through trade school or bachelors degree valued but not mandatory
